At Grace Digital, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
If your product qualifies for a refund under our Return & Exchange Policy, we’ll process it quickly and transparently.


1. Refund Eligibility

A refund is issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The customer returned the product in original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
  • The return request was made within the allowed period (3 days from delivery).
  • The product cannot be replaced due to unavailability of stock.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or customer dislike after use
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Opened or used items (such as headphones, earphones, and cartridges)
  • Software, activation codes, or digital items
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refund Method

Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / SadaPay / NayaPay
  • Online Payment Reversal (if applicable)

No cash refunds are provided for online orders.


4. Refund Timeline

  • After inspection and approval, the refund is initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment service used.
  • You’ll receive an SMS or email notification once your refund has been successfully processed.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product shows minor usage or missing accessories.
  • Only a part of the order was returned.
    Such refunds are determined after product evaluation by our team.

6. Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after dispatch will be refunded after deducting shipping or handling charges.

7. Shipping Cost Policy

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If you received a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) may be deducted from your total refund amount.
