1. Overview
At Grace Digital, we strive to make every transaction safe, transparent, and convenient for our customers.
This Payment Policy outlines the methods we accept, the conditions under which payments are processed, and the terms related to online and offline orders.
By placing an order or booking a service with Grace Digital, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure and flexible payment options:
a. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for orders under PKR 10,000 within Islamabad/Rawalpindi and nearby areas.
- COD is not available for certain high-value or custom orders (e.g., special-order items, bulk printing, or customized electronics).
- Our delivery team will collect payment upon delivery — customers are requested to check the parcel condition before payment.
b. Advance / Prepaid Payments
For orders above PKR 10,000, or for customers outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi, advance payment is mandatory before dispatch.
Accepted payment channels include:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- SadaPay / NayaPay
- Online payment link (if available)
- In-store card or cash payment
Our representative will share the official account details or payment instructions during order confirmation.
c. In-Store Payments
Customers visiting our store can make payments:
- In cash
- Via Easypaisa/JazzCash QR
- Using debit/credit card (subject to network availability)
3. Payment Confirmation
- After making an online or wallet transfer, please share the payment receipt or transaction ID with our support team via WhatsApp (0307-6868582) or email (gracedigital.pk@gmail.com).
- Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.
4. Payment for Services
- Service charges (e.g., repair, installation, or printing) must be confirmed and approved before the start of work.
- For large or time-based projects, 50% advance payment may be required.
- Remaining balance is payable upon completion of service or delivery of materials.
- In the case of corporate or recurring clients, weekly or monthly payment schedules can be arranged.
5. Security of Online Payments
- All online payments are processed through secure and verified payment channels.
- Grace Digital never stores, shares, or requests sensitive payment details such as OTPs or full card numbers.
- Customers are advised not to send payment to any personal number or account other than the official details provided by Grace Digital.
6. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise:
- Customized or personalized product orders
- Printing or scanning jobs once initiated
- Service inspection or visit fees
- Advance deposits for special-order items

7. Payment Disputes
- If any unauthorized or incorrect charge is observed, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Grace Digital will verify the claim and resolve it promptly.
- Disputes related to online payments may be referred to the respective payment provider or bank for investigation.
8. Late Payments & Penalties
- For corporate or ongoing service clients, late payments beyond agreed terms may incur additional service suspension or late fee charges.
- Grace Digital reserves the right to pause further work or delivery until the outstanding balance is cleared.
9. Installment & Credit Policy
- Grace Digital does not offer installment or credit-based purchases at this time.
- All orders and services are processed only after full or advance payment, depending on category.
- For return customers with consistent purchase history, flexible payment options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
10. Policy Updates
Grace Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
