Shipping Policy
Overview
At Grace Digital, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and convenient delivery across Pakistan. Our goal is to ensure that your orders reach you safely, in perfect condition, and within the promised timeframe.
We offer flexible delivery options including same-day delivery in Islamabad and nationwide shipping through trusted courier partners.
1. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.
Since some products are outsourced or listed on behalf of other suppliers, the processing time for such orders may vary depending on product availability. In such cases, our representative may contact you to confirm details or discuss available options.
2. Delivery Options
a. Local Delivery (Islamabad & Rawalpindi)
- Same-day delivery available for most in-stock items within Islamabad.
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day.
- Delivery fee varies by area and is displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all local deliveries.
b. Nationwide Delivery (All Over Pakistan)
- Orders outside Islamabad are shipped through reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, or Trax Courier.
- Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on location and courier performance.
- Same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM.
- Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary by weight, size, and destination.
- The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may apply on certain products or minimum order amounts, as announced from time to time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available for orders up to PKR 10,000.
- For orders exceeding PKR 10,000, advance payment (via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or NayaPay) is required.
- For returning customers, COD may be accepted without limitations, based on order history and verification.
5. Payment Methods
We accept multiple secure payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (as per conditions above)
- Online Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay
- In-store payment / Local pickup

Customers in Islamabad can also choose local pickup from our physical store:

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your shipment status directly on the courier’s website or by contacting our support team on WhatsApp.
8. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational issues
- Remote delivery areas
- Public holidays or unforeseen events
In such cases, we’ll keep you updated regarding your order status.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Our delivery services are limited to Pakistan only.
