Today I visited Grace Digital to get Windows installed on my laptop, and I had a very good experience. The person who assisted me, I think he might be the owner, was extremely respectful, polite, and professional. His attitude was very friendly, and he handled everything with great care, which shows that he is a good and honest person.
The shop is clean, well-organized, and also offers a nice variety of mobile and laptop accessories, making it a convenient place for all tech needs.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the behavior of the staff. Highly recommended!

I had a couple of queries regarding RAM upgrade for my HP laptop and my friend suggested Grace Digital. Finally was satisfied with the RAM purchase which was available here. I also got it installed from them and bought a new battery which they kindly arranged on v short notice on my request. They also have door to door service but I wanted to visit in-person. Delighted with the positive and helpful service. Will be a regular customer iA.

I was looking for a particular Faster speaker. I could not find it at all the shops in Jinnah so I went online. I saw it on Grace Digital. I made an order hoping it would reach me in 1-2 days as I am leaving Pakistan in a few days. After ordering, I saw a whatsapp chat sign at the bottome so I clicked it. I asked what is the ETA of delivery. how many days? they said 30 minutes!
I was shocked and so impressed and literally within 30-40 minutes they were at my door while constantly keeping in contact with me regarding my location.
I was able to test the speaker too as I made the cash on arrival payment.
